My one of the friend is interested to lose her weight thus i have suggested to her try to eat some healthy food which could work regarding this situation. According to my opinions, these are good food for making oneself healthy and fit.

Robin12, I am going to say that you have suggested nice tips to your friend to lose weight. These tips are nice. I have also put some weight and I will love to try these to lose my weight. Hope will be effective for me. Thanks for the sharing buddy.

Well, Incredible stuff to lose your weight in a healthy way. I am so sure that this will be a good material. i will like to know how to gain some weight as my sister is so smart and going to get married at the end pf this year.
