My elder brother shares this image with me because he wants to know the name of this spot for going there with is GF after completing the newyork to niagara. But I have no idea about this destination and never visited there in my traveling life that's for want to know from all of the names of this place.

This is the image of Fremont Street which is the second most popular street in  Las Vegas, I have visited this city and had a great experience of it. It is such a lovely place to visit and enjoy a rocking time. Your brother should go for the tour of this destination with his GF. It will be good for both of them.
