For business trip,

If you want to go on a 5-day Business trip then You should pack the things that I am sharing here.
3 to 4 pyjamas
1 pair of dress shoes
5 underwear, socks, tights,
3 to 4 bottoms: trousers, skirts
1 blazer: for a perfect suit from A to Z
5 tops: either 3 formal and therefore dressy tops, then 2 less formal and therefore casual tops
