Tulum in July

Is there anyone who has good experience regarding Tulum in July? If yes then share it here cause one of my dad's friends is willing to go there and he is old age that's why he needs me. He can't travel alone cause of his health issues and that's why before going there I am pondering to know is this the right time to go there.
