My close friend and her family are going to enjoy the ny to niagara falls tour in coming up days. She is really happy regarding this tour and also offers me to join her during this tour. But I don't take this tour with her because her family also with her and I want she to spend her time with them. So tell me how I can say no to here?

Andy, I think you should try to talk to your friend and let her understand all the situation a that it will be a bit awkward for you to join this tour cause her family will be on this as well. You both can plan a separate tour after this. I hope she will understand this thing and wont insist.
