road trips with uncle

I have to go for road trips from new york with muy uncle but I have no idea which activities will make my journey fun-filled for me and my uncle. You guys share some travel tips and also share your experiences if you have ever enjoyed this? I am waiting for your quick and interesting replies very curiously.
