Today i want to know good things which i should try for removing sadness from my mind. Dude, suddenly I become sad and alone without any reason and this time is really difficult for me to bear ownself. I can't bear anything in the sad mood just remain in my room whole day and leave eating. My mom always remains worried due to my this habit. So i want to make her happy and for this want to know which things I should try with myself for making it great.



The mount rushmore mountain range is great travel.

ROBIN12!! I read your post and i am also sad after reading your situation and behavior. This is not good buddy but i suggest,you should go to enjoy some best time in unique places. This is the best way to remove sadness and tension from your face. I hope, your feeling better as well cool.

Robin12! I read your post very attentively and must say that I also face this kind of situation, but I haven't done all of these things on a daily base. No doubt these things are not good and your family must be worried about you. I think in this condition, you try to spend your time with your friends, go for an outing and explore various kinds of places which give you relaxation.
