want to prepare my exams

I just want to prepare myself for exams now but my one of the friend consistently insisting me lot for taking bus tours from dc to niagara falls even he knows that I am not fully prepared for attempting exams as well. So, here like to, should I deny this tour offer or take with him?

I suggest of this tour is for one-day then you take this tour with your friends because through this you can feel relax and after this, you can do your study well. This is the last thing which I will try out just for proving that I am not free for taking any tour with a friend. Hope so when I will take all the mater in front of her and tell that my exams started now for which I am not prepared fully.
