is Niagara Falls open or closed? Empty is Niagara Falls open or closed?

I am considering going with tour bus to niagara falls from nyc but due to the situation had to postpone my tour. As the situation is quite better and now thinking to book 2-day tour to see the beauty of Niagara Falls. Here I am curious to know is it fully open or still partially?

Timbur, I would say that Niagara Falls State Park is fully open for viewing. I am so sure that this will be really having such a good way of fun.
